Nana Pilates
Our intermediate course is designed for Pilates students who have mastered the basics and are looking to further improve their balance, coordination, and stability. Through Reformer and Wunda Chair exercises, you’ll progress to a new level, not only enhancing your functional body shape but also improving your overall health and fitness.
A beginner Pilates class is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of Pilates, focusing on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness.
